Alright finally home. I know I usually love camp but this one wasn't as great as past ones I've been to.  But I had some fun overall. I got to do the Senior things this year. But I didn't like the 2 hr game of capture the flag in a huge ass field and too many people(made the game really boring) and I opted out on the senior service project b/c i would've had to help with the MRDD people that would visit camp. I wasn't really comfortable with that. But did get to do the high ropes course. I made it up the easy-side of the rock wall and did the zipline. It was neat but wasn't that great. Although it was funny when Kristy B. guy friend jumped off the board on the zipline and crashed straight into the ladder used to get us down. He said that if anyone wouldn't have yelled about the ladder he would've went face first into it. Needless to say it was funny. But man they made the seniors walk! And I'm not talking about the nice scenic paths I'm talking about roads with a 20 ft slope to it.

So all the Upper kids (and other kids who live in the northern west part of Ohio) were dying. Hung out with mostly all the Upper kids this year. One school brought 45 kids to camp so it was hard for people to break apart from their school groups. Courtney came with and helped for Lawyer b/c there was only 4 guys that went.

The only part of camp I didnt like was the dinner they had Wednesday night. We all got to sit at different colored tables that was determined by the color of piece of color you got. I got stuck at a pink table. The other groups were Orange and Blue. And a screen was set up for a little slide show. The table represented Blue- The highest class, Orange- the middle class, and Pink the lower class. So for dinner the blue tables got a 3 course meal with salad, spagetti, garlic bread, and these little strawberry cakes. The orange tables got water, a bowl of beans, and a bowl of rice. The pink tables got water and a bowl of rice. And that had to feed the whole table, no seconds. And while eating they told us and gave speeches about world hunger. So after we get done eating we have 3 hours of freetime and they locked the dorms! And the canteen was closed and half the stuff that you could do at free time werent open to do anything. Lets just say I wasn't a very happy camper with that. Mostly b/c i woke up that morning and wanted to go home, so this little stunt they pulled didnt help the situation. But trust me when i say I wasn't the only one who had an attitude about it. It had something to do with the program called Oxfam which helps relieve world hunger with money donations. So after killing the 3 hours, while still a little angry, we had our group meetings. I was in group 2 this year. They gave us stickers that said 'I fought world hunger today.' Hears what I have to say about that sticker-"We didn't fight hunger we indured it and geuss what? The people in Africa are still starving!!" I think it was a good program but they should have went about it another way. They did eventually feed us pizza though. We all thought the camp wouldnt feed us until breakfast the next morning, which is what made us all mad. If I would have known about the pizza before hand I would've went along with the little stunt thing for 3 hrs. But we all through little hissy fits. And some of the advisors didnt like some of my comments I made. Courtney told me about them and told me I embarassed her. I wanted to yell at all of them and pretty much say 'sorry not my older sister, not going to be a state officer, and probably wont see you again for the rest of my life after high school!' But when I did talent show tryouts I told Jesse Branner (she was camp staff again), who was talking to me and aske me about being a state officer, that I didnt think being a state officer was for me. Which is the truth b/c I don't think it will happen with me. i geuss I shocked a lot of people b/c I am not following in the older siblings shoes like most are supposed to *SHOCKER*.

Ok so more of the fun/funny things at camp. The day we had the water games I wore my bikini top and some shorts. Took the top I had covering my bikini off at the lake part of the games and most of the better looking guys in my group started talking to me the day after, LOL. The same thing happened my first year at camp wen I did the same thing and the guy came over and kept flirting with me. But with that whole situation it made what happened at McDonald's after getting home so much funnier. I walked to the office to get my check and in the office was Mindy W, Seth C. and Brittany R. I go in, say Hi and that I need my check, and Brittany turns around and says really loudly "Holy crap Nicholle, you have big boobs!". I would have been alittle offended but with what happened at camp earlier this morning I lauaghed and said Thanx. Seth's face was kind of priceless though. I wear baggy uniforms b/c they gave me mediums so you can't see my figure. Mindy told me I could turn them in and get smaller ones which is what I am going to do Sunday. So back to camp things. It rained a little but it stormed on the last night. So did talent show again. Was up against two people who couldnt sing, a guy who could do weird things with his arms a clogger (but she has only taken lessons for 6 months so wasn't hard to show her up) and a guy from Xenia who did the whole Evolution of Dance thing from Youtube. Chad was the auctioneer or the auction then the dance was afterward. It washeld ina room for a bit then they took it down to the lower porch outside. n the middle of the dance it started to rain nonstop. And Kilie, Hannah, and me just dance the whole time and got soaking wet! It was so much fun! Saw a lot of people at camp who resembled people from Upper. That was weird.

Ok longer entry than normal but hey been gone five days.

Ok so head to FFA camp next Monday. YAYS!!!! But since I'm missing a week of wor they are working me 1-9 today and friday and 11-7 sat. and sun. Yea not fun. I am going to be exuasted before i head to camp. And I can't go through town Friday or Saturday b/c of the firefighter convention thing. So Friday night I am not looking forward to b/c i dont feel like dealing with stupid peopleand Saturday is the parade so maybee people will stay in town and not eat fast food that day. I have to tan today. Bought the 3 month package at Sunburst. Got baby chicks for State Fair today, I love them when they are this little.

Well had a nice Tuesday and Wednesday weekend, where courtney pretty much made me do exercise. But I geuss it wasn't all that bad. So worked Thursday-Tonight. And work sunday and monday. I woke up at 6:45 this morning, took ACT(think I did pretty well, science part sucked ASS!!), went straight to work. I hate the weekends in the summer. It seems like we just get busier. I get there and lobby is pacted with people and they put me on fries for an hour and 1/2. Then I was in back drive-thru the rest of the day. And I dont think tomorrow will be any better. Went shopping for my dad b/c I learned from the radio coming home from work that Father's Day is tomorrow. Got him shirts and a card. Tuesday going to a Miss Ohio thing in Mansfield with Courtney and Wednesday and Monday (before 3:30) not anything planned. I go to FFA camp after next week! Courtney is coming with. I have mix feelings on that though. Lawyer has to leave the Tuesday of camp. And there are 17 girls going and 5 guys.

Yea so found a new thing to do when I get bored. Found a site that has puzzles that you put together online. so I do that while listen to music. Boring sounding but when you live in the middle of nowhere and gas ain't cheap, it works.

Ok on Friday our air conditioner broke. Yea and we thought it would be out until Monday but they got the part in early and I can sleep easier. Mostly because mom put box fans in some windows and geuss who's bedroom window had one. I couldn't hear my alarm clock over it! Dad fixed our bikes so I have to go bike riding this week. And Thursday I start my 11-5 weeday schedule so I can come home when everyone is here. I spent an hour talking to my dad last night b/c I havent been home or he would be in bed and we had to catch up on each other.

O stories from work- I was in back drive thru all day yesterday. An old lady came through, ordered two things and wanted to TIP me two dollars. I didnt take it b/c I'm not allowed but I found it kind of funny. Then later I was taking an order and a spider comes down from a web and just hangs over my other computer screen. I had to call in Jacob to get rid of it and the lady in the window laughed at me for it.
